We believe every listing is different, and a 1 size fits all approach to listing a home doesn’t make a lot of sense. The effort and approach needed to get 1 home sold may not be the same effort and approach needed to get another sold. That’s why we customize a listing to YOUR home’s specific needs.
The most common pricing model for listing a home is 6%. So, if a 6% broker listed 2 homes side by side and one was $200,000 and the other $250,000, the owner of the $250,000 home would pay the broker $15,000, while the owner of the $200,000 home would pay the broker $12,000. We don’t think that makes sense, or is fair.
We set our pricing based on the services we provide to get your house sold, taking into consideration competition in the area.
